The final project meeting was held in Bruges organised by Syntra West.
The meeting was used to clarify the final steps of the project, to present all outcomes and to discuss the future plans of using the products after the funding period.
Furthermore, the partners were awarded as C-E.N.T.E.R. Promoters in order to further on promote C-E.N.T.E.R. outcomes and activities as well as to offer support in the field of dissemination and exploitation for organisations in the own country.
The meeting hosted by Fondo Formacion Euskadi was held on March 21 2012. Most of the work packages are already running or completed and main developments are completed. Therefore the partnership managed to discuss the remaining activities and topics within one day.
In the center of this meeting was the presentation of the C-E.N.T.E.R. Case and the start of the certification process of good practices in the dissemination of EU projects. Soon the call for contributions will be launched.
Furthermore, the change of dates for the Grundtvig course was announced and all partners discussed about the best possible ways to recruit participants and to enlarge and strengthen the individual dissemination activities.
The meeting hosted by Campus Varberg in Sweden was held from November 22-24 2011. The main focus of the discussions was the feedback of the C-E.N.T.E.R. pilot workshop and the related improvements in the training material.
Furthermore, all promotion and registration procedures for the Euroepan C-E.N.T.E.R. course organised in Porto (14-18 May 2012) as well as the availabiltiy of EU grants for workshop participants were presented and introduced to the project partners.
Two new work packages started for the remaining project period - the selection and awarding of good practice in dissemination as well as the development of the C-E.N.T.E.R. Case presenting a collection of up to date EU project products related to a specific topic.
The 3rd meeting was held in the Chamber of Commerce in Istanbul from March 22-24, 2011. The main focus was given on the presentation of the workshop modules that have been developed since the last meeting in Florence. All partners were asked for feedback and possible improvements were suggested. At the same time ideas for the C-E.N.T.E.R. toolkit and trainer manual were collected and the implementation of pilot course and Grundtvig In-Service-Training Course wre prepared. Furthermore, the 2nd edition of Focus Europe will be published in June and further promotion procedures have been discussed.
The meeting in Florence from October 19-21 had its main focus on the planning of the structure of the dissemination workshops and the training material. Furthermore, the report on the European survey on the state-of-the-art of dissemination and the first edition of the magazine Focus Europe were presented.
In small working groups the partners discussed questions on the development of the dissemination toolkit and the promotion material that will be produced during the next project phase.
The kick-off meeting took place in Graz from March 9-11, 2010. The focus of this first meeting was to get to know each other and the project itself. All activities planned for the next three years have been discussed briefly whereas the first working step – the elaboration of a state-of-the-art of dissemination used in EU projects – was dealt with in small working groups. The second main topic of the meeting was the planning of the European magazine. The meeting was followed by the first dissemination conference on March 12th, 2010 with cooperation and contribution from all project partners.
